It helped her discover new ways of moving she had never had access to before. This revelation about the mind body connection has kept her fascinated ever since.
Paola became a Pilates instructor in 2001, while completing her degree in dance-teaching. In 2006 Paola moved to London where she was given the opportunity to further her knowledge as a Pilates teacher and continued her education with The Pilates Foundation UK. Anne-Marie Zulkahari, her master trainer, was a major influence as she encouraged Paola to keep questioning and learning.
In 2017, Paola’s discovered FAMO Fascia Movement. Not only did she complete her Diploma in this course, she is host and an educator for the education training in Sydney.
