45 minute strength and conditioning personalised & supervised by a qualified physiotherapist or exercise physiologist. Suitable for all levels from beginners to athletes and from all ages. We used evidence -based research to formulate a programme suitable for rehabilitation through musculoskeletal ,sports & orthopaedic injuries and conditions. These classes target strength, agility, building muscle and bone health, with sport-specific guidance for’ Return to Sport ‘performance insights ,Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation . These classes will take you through rehab to training .
