Caroline Zanelli - Pilates & Nutrition
Caroline is a distinguished nutritionist with an extensive educational background, including a degree in Nutritional Medicine, a degree in Psychology and a graduate diploma in Biochemistry. Caroline specializes in how the science of nutrition impacts health and wellbeing, offering personalized dietary guidance tailored to individual needs and goals.
Caroline's expertise is supported by her research experience at Endeavour College of Natural Medicine, where she explored the essential nutrients for reducing chronic disease risk and improving health outcomes. Caroline is also a MINDD-qualified practitioner with over 10 years of experience. Her background includes working in Psychological Medicine at King’s College London while living in the UK. Caroline combines her psychology knowledge with nutrition to help clients transform their relationship with food and improve their overall well-being. Additionally, Caroline has collaborated with the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program, where she educated children on the benefits of cooking with seasonal produce grown in their school gardens.
Beyond her work in nutrition, Caroline is a qualified Pilates instructor. She first discovered her passion for Pilates in 2016 while working as a nutritionist in a clinic with an attached Pilates studio. After years of practice and development, Caroline completed her Pilates training at Elixr School of Pilates. Since then, she has taught at various physiotherapy clinics, helping clients with injury rehabilitation and general fitness. Caroline offers a mix of studio, mat, and reformer classes, as well as one-on-one sessions, focusing on improving posture, strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness.
