We have a brand new fully equiped studio including  Reformer, Cadillac (Trapeze Table) and Wunda Chair as well as our regular pilates mat classes. 


Mat Movement Control Class (Pilates Style)

We have regular exercise classes throughout the week. Pilates improve spinal mobility, core control, posture and/or flexibility.  An important part of the rehabilitation and prevention process.

Pilates Studio (Equipment) - semi private sessions

Our new Pilates instructor Nell Hoess has 20 years of experience  teaching  Pilates  and is committed to ongoing education and teaching. As the former owner of Fluid Form Pilates she has a passion for functional movement and rehabilitation through exercise .

Movement Equipment Class

The Movement Control Equipment class uses Pilates equipment, including the Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair and other small equipment, to strengthen muscles whilst improving postural alignment and flexibility.

This is a low-impact form of exercise, which uses exercises that are specifically targets to each individual’s needs and goals.

These classes are taught by a physiotherapist and will have a maximum of 3 clients.
