Duo Semi Private Studio Equipment Pilates

Duo Classes have a maximum of two clients to one qualified Pilates Instructor. The classes include the use of Studio Equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector) in which the instructor will tailor the session to your specific individual needs.
