Duo Clinical Rehab

Duo classes have a maximum of two clients and are taught by qualified Physiotherapist using Pilates Studio equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector).

These are suitable for those who have current, on-going injuries or medical conditions wanting more individual attention and advice on their Pilates and exercise.
